Berry breeder Planasa has reinforced its management team by appointing Antonio Infante as its new technical and quality director.

Infante brings more than 15 years of experience in the berry sector, having formerly worked as head of research and development at Viveros California and managing director of Driscoll’s Nurseries in Mexico.

Most recently, he served as managing director EMEA at Fall Creek Farm & Nursery in Spain.

“This is a key moment for Planasa in which we are designing strategies that will allow us to reach new markets. Antonio’s arrival will allow us to establish new methodologies and processes to help us achieve our goal,” said Planasa’s president, Alexandre Pierron-Darbonne.
